What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
MeU was able to assess the threshold of the current system, based on which we came up with a plan for upgrading the environment and its configuration. Their reports were very useful.
How did MeU Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
They performed well. I wasn’t concerned with project management tools; I only cared about the output of their work. We mainly communicated via email, but they also called us at times to inquire about certain issues.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I appreciated their approach to communication. Their weekly status reports went into detail about client and server memory levels. These were assessments that our team couldn’t perform at the time. I’ll likely consult with MeU for any similar projects in the future.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I have no comments about the performance of their team during this collaboration. It was a small project, and their output was good. Had they provided any functional or system tests, I would have more comments. At the time, we were only making early performance tests on one server with one database.
