We are looking to hire a talented PHP Developer to manage and develop the back-end services. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and coding all server-side logic. You will also be required to maintain the central database and respond to requests from front-end developers. To ensure success as a PHP Developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming, understanding of MVC designs, and working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern MVC framework.
• Develop and maintain PHP based backend services and database
• Develop and maintain API and cooperate with a mobile App developer for API
• Customize a ILIAS Framework, Magento – E-commerce platform
• Work on the feature enhancements on a parallel basis.
• Integrate data from various plugins, backend services and databases
• Working in a team to code, test, troubleshoot, document and maintain application
• Setup and maintain server for development and production environment

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, Yii, Zend …
• Familiarity with Open source development, namely for PHP 7 and extensions for PHP CLI, FPM, OpenSSL, PDO, Mbstring, Memcached, Tokenizer, XML, Ctype, JSON.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, MySQL, Apache, Ubuntu,
• Experienced with Magento platform, ILIAS Framework
• Familiarity with RESTful API
• Familiarity with Alicloud and AWS
• Familiarity with source control (eg. git)
• Familiarity with JIRA for workstream management and other 3rd party services via API
• Familiarity with Agile development practices
• Able to deliver work under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Be able to analyze complex problems and produce simple solutions
• Be able to work collaboratively in a team that spans multiple sites
• Be able to produce clear, well-documented code
